Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Products must include original packaging, bill, and hallmark tags.
Returns are accepted within the specified return window.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made jewellery and personalized designs cannot be returned.
Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for returns.
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Return Window
Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after the return window will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase is mandatory for all return requests.
4. Exchange Policy
Eligible items can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.
Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of request.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
Cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
6. Product Damage during Delivery
If the product arrives damaged, customers must report it within 24 hours.
Clear photos and videos of the unboxing process are required as proof.
Verified damaged orders will be replaced or refunded.
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
In case of our mistake, we will arrange free pickup.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Quality Check on Returned Items
All returned items go through a strict quality inspection.
Refund will be processed only after approval by our quality team.
If the item fails QC, it will be sent back to the customer.
9. Policy Changes
Tulasi Silver Jewellers reserves the right to modify this policy anytime.
Any updates will be clearly mentioned on the website.
